Your Own Place has been building strong relationships and facilitating workshops that support people to sustain their tenancies since 2013. Would you and your colleagues like to have a bit of this magic?
Why Your Own Place?
Since 2013, we have worked with 1000s of people, building confidence with finding, accessing and sustaining tenancies, managing money, and developing solutions to challenges. We are passionate about everything our sector does and believe our award-winning approach to engagement, building relationships and delivery is part of our recipe for success. Alongside the existing impactful work of our colleagues, we know that with our proven track record for Train the Trainer training – training Emmaus Norfolk & Waveney and Hebron Housing among others, we can share the magic out.
Who is Train the Trainer for?
We’re offering the opportunity to learn from our recipe for success in engagement and delivery with Train the Trainer! We’re inviting colleagues from the housing, voluntary and third sectors to take advantage of this opportunity. You can now learn from our experienced facilitators about values based approaches, engagement strategies and simple techniques to explore housing transitions, tenancies, bills and budgeting.
Flexible to suit different needs and budgets, there are two different pathways to access our training for professionals:
Professional Train the Trainer Workshops
Join us for scheduled dates to upskill, build confidence and add to your engagement and support toolkit.
The Total Train the Trainer Package
Train to deliver Your Own Place’s copyrighted, developed, tried-and-tested workshops.
*Pinpoint facilitation is copyrighted to Pinpoint. We are not Pinpoint trainers and are not training you in this copyrighted methodology. Our workshops demonstrate our content using some Pinpoint techniques that you may choose to use.
For ‘pure’ Pinpoint facilitation training we recommend contacting them directly.
